The Window Source of Western Michigan recently finished a big job in Charlevoix. The owners wanted 20 replacement windows and two replacement patio doors. The job was not going to be easy because of the construction and the layout of the home and true to form, it wasn’t.
Leadership starts at the top and in a thank you letter from the homeowners they pointed out, “Aaron [our owner] stepped in and did things himself or found the extra help/craftsmanship needed to finish the job right.” While Aaron had owner things to do, following up on our promises comes first.
