At The Window Source of Western Michigan, we will answer the phone. Our office is staffed every day to answer your calls. And as an additional step in our customer service, we call every customer three months after their windows are installed to make sure everything is working as promised. In most cases, everything is fine. But occasionally we will have to come out and make an adjustment which we will happily do.
